We agree the sites, the documents and the date. If the brief is unclear, we say what we need before we start.

We read what you already have. Where the paperwork and the job may differ, we look at the work on site.

Written for supervisors and the crew. You can see which record belongs to which task.

Check
You read the draft. We change it where the site does not match the way the job was described.

Hand over
You get the files and a short briefing. Later updates are a separate, agreed piece of work.
